The Honey Ham sandwich was very dry. The bread looked & tasted old and the lettuce was brown. No Dijon mustard added to the sandwich although it was ordered. I couldn't see or taste any cheese either. Mainly ham & onions with brown lettuce on old bread.
The fries tasted like fried freezer burn.
Usually everything from this location is good, but definitely not today. Very disappointed.

It was my first time trying Firehouse. I got the Firehouse Meatball®, and it was REALLY good!! It is even big enough to have leftovers. The bread was so soft and baked perfectly. Definitely recommend!

Not one to leave a bad review, but DoorDash is no help and I tried to call the restaurant with no answer. I know they are new and still need to work out kinks, but I paid $22 for a regular sized sandwich and it had no meat on it at all. Ordered the Hook & Ladder® and my sandwich only had bread, cheese and onions.
