Their Firehouse Meatball® is the best I've tasted, esp on whole wheat bread so soft and juicy, will definitely order again.

The gluten free Italian sandwich was missing the deli mustard and Italian seasoning making for a very dry and boring sandwich. also the amount of meat in the sandwich was half of what you normally get. For a $14 sandwich it was disappointing.

The subs are normally really good but today the bread was cut way unevenly, there were random olives in the sub when there shouldn't be and the pickle was just thrown into the boxes with no bags or anything. Usually a favorite spot to order from but I don't think I will again until their employees know how to cut bread and read ingredients.

I liked the sandwiches, however the subs were not prepared as
ordered. They were tasty and delicious. The price is pretty steep though. Likely will not order from them again.

I ordered a ham salad with ranch. When I got the salad the lettuce was gross and wilted and they gave me the wrong dressing.
