The sandwich was delicious, with a perfect amount of meat, cheese, and condiments. The side salad was very fresh, larger than expected for the price , and had a good amount of vegetables and cheese. I appreciated being able to add onions to my salad as I really enjoy them.

The Italian Salad with Grilled Chicken was very disappointing. Italian dressing was bland, the veggies were not fresh, the black olives and the chicken had zero flavor. Very expensive to be so bad.
For clarity, I order from Firehouse all the time and the subs are so good! This is just clearly not a salad place.

Thank you Firehouse Subs, You're New King Hawaiian Sub is WONDERFUL AND TASTE GREAT. The combination of pulled pork and the coleslaw is absolutely tasty with the pepperjack cheese an the King Hawaiian Sub bread, simply fantastic!!

Almost no meat on sub. One thing slice of turkey and one very thin slice of ham only. Used to be great but this was just sad.

Didn't receive the bottles diet soda I paid over $4 for and doordash wanted to offer me $2.80 for not sending it. Bag was only stapled on the sides and the top was completely open. Did not feel safe to eat and the bottled soda did not arrive in the bag.
