I ordered the Hooks and Ladder with no mayo or onion. The bread is always fresh and warm as well as the ingredients. I just wish I had a bit more of that delicious mustard.. This is my go to sandwich and will order again.

The meat on my sandwich was mainly fat. It also tasted extremely dried out on the small parts that weren't fat. I ordered a large and threw most of it out.

Firehouse's sandwiches are always perfect you have to be careful when ordering the gallons of sweet tea they almost always forget to put sugar in it. So in short best sandwiches EVER the sweet tea is sketch.

Despite ordering a bit late everything came in perfect! The quality is always consistent, sandwich was nice and fresh as always and everything tasted perfect! the Italian™ is a consistent favorite.

The sandwiches we ordered were very light on ingredients, which has been happening more over our last few orders. Our first order was wonderful and since then, through the past few orders, we have tried to give them the benefit of the doubt but we will pause for awhile now!,
