Sandwich was very well put together and presentation was great. The taste was delicious with requested instructions to remove onions followed. Overall was satisfied and enjoyed my sandwich and delivery.

The sandwich was ranch soup at the bottom of the to go box. Like I understand it will soak in and what not, but there was more ranch than sandwich. I went to pick the sandwhich up and the entire bottom was the consistency of pudding at that point.

sub was unbelivably overcooked, the meatballs were burnt & it didnt come with the chips id ordered. everytime i order Firehouse from doordash, there's an issue. to be so high priced, you'd think things would be correct.
