All food was very hot when opened, impressive. Packaging was neat, separated items, very organized. Provided all utensils and napkins and didn't even have to ask. Chili was delicious, Mac n cheese was great not some out of the box Kraft stuff. Subs were a good portion as well. 10/10

The size is perfect, the taste amazing. It's actually my favorite sub. Everything tasted fresh. Definitely would order again. Can never go wrong with an Italian sub

The food was very tasty but the sauce was a little overpowering. Also very small content for the price. In my humble opinion the sandwich was a bit over priced for what I received.

The Chicken Parm Meatball needed more sauce. There is no option for more sauce. Ali the mushrooms were disconnected fro the sub. It should have been mixed with the sauce and then ladled over. Sandwich was dry and cheese not melted.

Like a previous rating, yes they forgot the pickle for me as well. However, the sub was tasty, I don't recommended lettuce, unless you just like lettuce. The Firehouse Chili is definitely "fire"house(see what I did there).
