I ordered a large and received a medium. For what it is, this was a very expensive meal (almost $30 for just a sandwich), so it was highly disappointing to receive my order incorrectly. Don't get me wrong, it was still delicious, but like I previously stated, I am quite disappointed that I was given the incorrect size.

Medium subs used to be "Medium" when I first started eating at firehouse.. Now, their medium subs are barely small.
I paid$18.50 for a small sub lol..
Probably won't be ordering from them again unfortunately.
Although I prefer firehouse to subway.. at least subway & Publix doesn't shrink the subs over time due to overall corporate greed.
Continue doing this, and it'll be the end of you.
This is coming from a firefighter btw..

Really enjoyed my meatball sub. Yes the meatballs were tasty, but most importantly tender. I will get extra cheese next time, but thats just me I need a bit more. Otherwise very good! Will reorder.

I Highly recommended the Smokehouse Beef & Cheddar Brisket™ because it is perfection. So delicious!! The maker made it perfectly perfect. If you want sweetest BBQ and meaty this is the go-to sub.

My Cookie was incredibly stale and tasted bad, I tried warming it up but it was still crunchy and I couldn't taste the actual flavor of the Cookie due to how stale it was. Ive had firehouse subs cookies before and they tasted really good, so this was a shock and a bit annoying for me.
Other than that the sandwich was fine! Overall it would be 2 to 2 1/2 stars. Since you cant do halves I did 3. But I really looked forward to the Cookie and it was terrible. I threw it away.
