Outstanding! The Italian sub was FIRE! The portion size was impressive, the meat was piled high and the amazing combination of the sauces knocked this sub out of the park! Everything was fresh. The flavors excited my taste buds, tasted delicious, and made this foodie EXTREMELY happy! Will DEFINITELY order again and HIGHLY RECOMMEND! Great job Firehouse Subs!

I ordered the New York Steamer® medium and this is what I received. Barely a piece of pastrami and corned beef and majority of bread. For what I pay the portion should be much bigger. Pretty disappointed with this that I have to order l food from somewhere else.

First time ever ordering from here and the subs were FANTASTIC. I got the Firehouse Meatball® and my Aunt got the Ham & Cheese sub and both were probably the best subs we've ever had. Will absolutely be ordering again.

When we first started ordering food, the subs were amazing. It seems like the more we order the worse it gets. There were literally 2 pickle chunks on a large sub and no cucumber. The quality has completely gone down hill. The ingredients just keep getting slimmer and skimpier. Saddens me. I really liked the food.

I paid for extra cheese and there was no cheese on the Sub!
There was not enough auju for the sandwich it was only a Tablespoon of AUJu , No Napkins in the bag , I got a cup of ice and they charged 3.59 for ice
