Took over an hour c restaurant was short staffed. After waiting forever, got the sandwich done WRONG. Had mayo when I ordered no mayo. Wheat bun was disgusting. Meat is highly processed. Just not fresh quality. It's been 4 years since I last visited Firehouse subs because the service to quality ratio was negative. And delivery was even worse.

The sandwich was not hot and the veggies were not sautéed long enough. There were way more veggies than steak.

Soggy bread, terrible chili too thick, too many beans and not enough meat. Not the same as the last order, not consistent.

I love their food, it's better than subway, jersey mikes, or any of those places that give you one slice of meat.
