Had to try them... had the turkey, dressing, cranberry sandwich... it was awesome. Looking forward to trying other menu items.

Need to know the herb blend on the French Dip 's perfectly fresh bread. The rest of the sandwich is amazing too

The sandwiches were super soggy. Ended up throwing half of the Hook & Ladder® away. I am disappointed for over $20 a sandwich. Furthermore, we did not receive the soda & Chips with the meal.
Not a great experience for this.
I would not order this again.

Amazing. Made so incredibly well. A pickle was forgotten, however, it doesn't even matter with how GOOD these sammiches taste!! And a deal today too, bogo, can't wait to order again!!

Ordered the Firehouse Meatball® sandwich, sandwich was just set in the box upside down and not wrapped, meatballs down - complete mess. I also ordered a Brownie - was not in the bag. No one likes not getting an item they ordered. Complete dissapoinment, especially considering the cost.
