Best sub sandwich I've ever had. I will never set foot in a Subway restaurant ever again.

They forgot the chips I ordered, and the potato soup was an odd flavored thin liquid with about 5 tiny potato bits in it. They also forgot the pickle with one of the sandwiches. The sandwiches were ok, and that is the reason for the two stars. I have only eaten at Firehouse Subs once before, and this order reminded me why. We won't be ordering from here again.

Lots of meat on these subs. A medium sized is more than enough for a meal. Excellent quality.

I really want to like this place, but their take on some classic sandwiches hurts my soul a bit. Corned beef and pastrami sounds really good, but the meat on the New York Steamer® is tough and stringy. A NY deli would never. Same again with anything calling itself brisket or roast beef. I wonder if its the steaming process or the quality of their meat.

I ordered the BBQ Cuban which tasted great. My issues is I ordered a medium sandwich but it only ly had contents on half the bread. Glad I paid almost $20 for half a sandwich.
