Greatest subs ever, they never disappoint. My favorite is the Italian sub.

This is the best firehouse subs in the city of Richmond ive met the managers and workers and they actually take the time to make sure every sandwich is made the same the quality is the same in the store and through delivery 5 out of 5 everytime youll never be disappointed

I'm a big firehouse sub person and I always get the tuna sub. I order a tuna sub, hook & ladder & a Italian sub. All large. They were sloppy meat falling out the sandwiches along with too much lettuce, tomatoes . It was just bad this time.The tuna didn't taste fresh either. Not to sure if I want to order again!!

the Italian sub is my go to sub but this time it was so disappointing. The roll was not toasted and only had a couple pieces of meat and you could not see any cheese. I ordered the meatball sub because of the review but this sandwich was horrible. I ordered a sub with chips but sadly no chips. 3 strikes and you are OUT!!

Monterrey jack was supposed to be on my Hook & Ladder.® While ordering it is already pre-selected so i did not add additional cheese. Unfortunately, it was left off both subs. I ordered the buy 1 get one deal. Otherwise, the subs were good...just not 100 % correct.
The portion and freshness was on point. I like the sub and would order again. Next time hopefully they don't omit the cheese.
