Sub was cold. Not due to travel but I have ordered firehouse plenty of times and the food was never flat and cold. That tellls or makes me think it wasn't steamed as normal because when they do the bun is wet. I had a cold dry sub.

Other than the bread being soggy around the edges, the sub was good.

the bread is hard ! nothing seems fresh and they gave me alll chocolate chip cookies no sugar or oatmeal smh .... and didnt call to let me know smh
