• 26/7/25Was so sad to see that the cheese was not melted this time. Definitely large and the portions were great but normally the cheese comes melted! And the bread would have had that nice light toasted crunch but was not there this time!

• 12/12/24The meatballs were good in the sandwich, but the sauce was old as it was giving me heartburn straight away. this only happens with sauce that isn't fresh. They could have given more sauce, too, but thankfully, since it was giving me heartburn, it was light on the marinara sauce. The cheese was a bit skimpy, too. The bread was good and fresh.

• 12/8/25While the food was tasty, more care should be given to ensure that the soup is secured properly prior to pickup so that it doesn't spill all over the bag. May I suggest taping the cup to the salad plate to prevent this from occurring in th future.
