I tried this place again and it was amazing. The fries were the perfect blend of just before undercooked n overcooked n not over salted. Burger was so much better than an inout..flavorful without the boatload of salt n all of it properly cooked

My experience tonight was a massive disappointment. I've had five guys many times and never had a bad meal.
Tonight my fries came raw and drenched in oil. I thought okay that sucks but let's try the burger. Nooooo it was so charred I had to spit pierces out of my mouth.

Soggy greasy French fries, hamburgers have no flavor aside from the fake processed cheese they use, hamburgers come smashed ina small bag so the bun comes soggy, with no options to order real actual cheese.

the Little Cajun Fries were actually little. like there were so few, you'd get more at mcdonalds for $2

The burgers were not numbered and I ordered regular fries and got small fries instead and barely even small. Considering how much their fries are very disappointing I was overcharged for fries
