Hey 5 Guys Team,
I just wanted to let you know that the grilled cheese burgers you prepared for my girlfriend and I straight slapped... I mean my bummer levels plummeted after just one bite. The cheesy goodness was incredible and it's my favorite burger now for sure. Thanks for such a great job in all areas

The meat is super dry a the bun is soggy we can't even eat them that's $30.00 in the trash! I would have been better off grabbing one from the gas station!!! The first two times they were AMAZING! Not sure if it was from a different location but the last few times have been BAD. I KEEP GIVING THEM . BAD! I AM ALLL SET WASTING MY MONEY

My food was perfect.burger was hot and seasoned well. fries coulduse another minute in the fryer but they tasted really yummy.

They burnt the fries. These are nine dollar fries and they burnt them and you call and they say all the managers not and they'll be here on Saturday morning... it's Thursday. Nine dollar fries burnt to the point of potato chips.
