The food is good although I agree with others that the fries are way too salty..
What is very annoying is that consistentlyfail to add the requested napkins, ketchup, knife, etc.
Twice they have forgotten my drink.

The Little Fries were really dry and hard as a rock. I have ordered five guys before and they were the best fries that I have ever had from a fast food restaurant unfortunately not today.
