fries came super hot and they always overfill the Large Fries its awesome

Usually we love 5 Guys but not this time. Burgers weren't as good & the fries portion has gone down. For $55 I was expecting more from them. Sadly we won't be ordering again.

Burger was soggy, fries were too salty, chocolate strawberry banana milkshake was chunky and tastes like the bananas were not ripe. Doordash delivery. Food was hot and came with ample condiments and napkins.

The food was done well before they marked it as being ready for pickup. The burgers were still hot but the fries were soggy. They were salvageable with my air fryer though. The milkshakes were delicious though

they stored the milkshake in the same bg as hot fries? milk shake was completely melted by arrival and even warm...gross for the cost would expect them to time ot making it closer to the pick up and not store it in the same bag as hot food. Ive ordred smoothies and shakes at other place and never had this issue.
