Absolutely amazing food!! The burgers were so flavorful & juicy & TALK ABOUT EXTRA FRIES IN THE BAG!!! Thank you 5 guys! Will be coming here again & again! (Also banana Milkshake to die for >>> )

Fries were eaten first of all. The bag was partly open on the side and being an old door dasher I know how five guys closes the bag. There were no fries in the bottom of the bag, the fries container is half empty and they are not Cajun fries they are regular fries. For 9 dollar fries I would expect them to be what we ordered and to HAVE A LARGE SIZE!
The bacon cheese burger looked like it was slapped together an tossed around. Bacon isnt even on the burger just put to the side.

My husband liked his Bacon Cheeseburger , shake, and Large Fries; however, my lemonade was not lemonade - it was green and gross. and my $8 grilled Grilled Cheese Sandwich was just 3 slices of american cheese partially melted between two small hamburger buns.

I paid 12$ for fries and the fries were all undercooked and soft. It almost looks like they gave me blanched fries. I worked for five guys for 2 years and consider myself an experienced customer, i am extremely dissatisfied with their quality. The burgers were fresh and delicious, but i wont be ordering again.

This store has gone completely downhill this year. Burgers are soggy, flavorless, and greasy. The fries are totally undercooked, soggy, and limp. Order from Habit or Burley instead.
