I gave 4 stars because I could not find sides of the rice...I wanted to get a side white rice & a side of brown rice... Other than that the Large Chicken Plate, the Regular Chicken Bowl & the Side Vegetables were delicious & had plenty of leftovers... it's healthy & delicious ...

The chicken was burnt and they didn't follow directions. The second bowl did not have veggies in it and I didn't ask for no veggies

Usually really good but today every piece of chicken was overcooked and some were even burnt to a black crisp. Disgusting.

I ordered the NAE Chicken Bowl and the chicken was overcooked, burnt and dry. It looked like it was re-heated.

They took 50 minutes to make my order. My chicken bowl had very little chicken, less than 1/2 of what's normally included.
