The Mala Beef Noodle Soup was exactly what I needed to recover from my flu. Perfect level of spiciness, meat was tender, and the portion size was perfect for me. Ordered this twice in one day because it was that good haha

Very well packaged, separating the ingredients with the broth. Great tasting broth! Definitely worth trying one of their beef noodles. The noodles have a good texture whether thin or thick. Their thick noodles have more texture, but the thin ones will absorb the taste of the broth a lot better. Good balance of meat with noodles and veggies. Their beef is extremely tasty, definitely feels like they've put in a lot of work into it. It's savory and not too salty or overpowering. Lots of people will compare the Taiwanese beef noodles to pho, and it's more similar to the Vietnamese Bun Bo Hue than beef pho.

We ordered the Traditional Beef Noodle Soup [Mild Spicy] 紅燒牛肉麵 and Bone Broth Beef Noodle Soup 牛骨牛肉麵 and while the meet was super tender, the soup was disappointing. In an authentic Taiwanese beef noodle soup, the soup usually tasted much more complex and rich due to the spices used but there was none of that here. I expected more depth here at $20/bowl which is pretty comparable to Dian's Kitchen. The Green Onion Pancake 蔥油餅 was not bad but overall positive if you can consider the value when they run a BOGO promo

I did not like the traditional beef noodle soup. The quality of meat was poor. It was highly fatty. There was nothing special to the soup. Broth, meat and bok choy. Highly disappointed with the quality and flavor from a high rated soup.
