The Western Omelet was properly cooked (not undercooked, not burnt) and loaded with onions and peppers. The potatoes were seasoned lightly, cooked perfectly.

The Floral Flame was a nice amount of heat. The eggs were cooked right and the ham was fresh and covered in jalapeños.
