This breakfast was an absolute delight from start to finish! The French toast was perfectly golden, with a crisp exterior and a soft, custardy center, lightly dusted with powdered sugar. The scrambled eggs were fluffy, creamy, and seasoned just right, pairing beautifully with the savory turkey bacon, which had just the right amount of crispness. The biscuit was buttery and flaky, practically melting in my mouth. And to top it all off, the fresh fruit bowl was a refreshing, vibrant mix of juicy berries, melon, and citrus. Every bite was pure breakfast perfection!

Alright so I'll start by saying this was an incredible amount of food for the price point. My Hangover Hash was packed with meat and dripping in queso, which almost made up for the fact that both of my eggs were wildly overdone ( ordered over-easy, one was medium and the other was completely cooked through ). Idk... to me, at a breakfast place, making sure chefs can cook eggs to order correct every time is kinda important. The main reason I selected this dish was for the drippy yolk that I unfortunately didn't receive. They also forgot the biscuit that was supposed to come with it and the place is called Flying Biscuit. So, again, kinda feels important haha. I DO get the hype over these "award-winning" grits, I ordered a small side cup and ended up wishing I had just ordered a full oh-my-grits bowl and decked it out. If I ever do order from here again, it'll definitely be the grits.

It was my first time trying this restaurant it was good. maybe adding spinach and definitely more sausage gravy due to the thickness of the biscuit underneath. overall the chicken tender was juicy delicious crispy sausage gravy had a great flavor my eggs were cooked perfectly as requested. My grits weren't the hottest in temperature, a quick trip to the microwave fixed that.

Their Hangover Hash has become my go to, treat yourself breakfast because it is always delicious. Tried the HOT-Lanta Chicken Sandwich this time, and it was amazing. Portions are large, and everything is always hot and fresh. 10/10

OMG!!! Grits can be very hard to make and to find a restaurant who can make perfect grits was impossible until I had breakfast here. Everything tasted so good and I didn't have a heavy miserable feeling after I finished my meal. The Flying Biscuit will get a lot of my money in 2025 and beyond! 20 out of 10!
