Coming from a Californian who eats way too much South America food I can tell you the level of care put into this food is top tier. The price is right and the food is worth every bite. Best Mexican food east of the Mississippi.

We are lucky to have them in NYC. Everything is so delicious. The Carnitas could feed 4. The sopa de tortilla is underrated. Enchiladas Suizas forever.

Salmón con Calabacitas has the incorrect description - it's not sweet potato and pineapple, it's zucchini in a stew. Also, salmon cooked medium was actually very very dry.

Dining in is better at Fonda! Not bad though via delivery. And the 'Rita's are strooooooong so brace yourself and make sure you have enough ice! Lol
