I took advantage of the 2 for 1 deal and when it arrived it was like they put 1 order into 2 bowls and cheaped out on the added chicken. They even forgot to add the creamy chipotle sauce that was supposed to add flavour. It was bland.
I am a Freshii regular and will NOT be ordering from this store again.

I've been getting Freshii for so long. I absolutely love the quality and the ingredients are always super fresh. Was super disappointed this time when my Chocolate Peanut Butter smoothie didn't even look like it normally did. There were chunks of ice still in it like it wasn't blended properly and it wasn't even the right color. It was almost white. On top of that, I paid extra for steak on my Cobb Salad and barely got anything at all. The servings got super small. Don't know what's happening. Hoping this changes since this has never been a problem before and I love Freshii.

Worst Freshhii ordered Ive ever had. If you are a new owner then step it up. There was barely any chicken or other ingredients just dumped with rice

Spicy buffalo bowl had no chicken. The berrii salad was more quinoa than any toppings and instead of the $18 I spent on smoothies, I received a coke (which I don't drink) a green cold pressed drink (which is not even close to the shake) and a chocolate protein core power drink (which is not close to the tropical mango shake ordered). Even a heads up they couldn't give us shakes would have been appreciated but even for $16 bowls, I cannot believe this is what I received. Lesson learnt, I will not order from this store again
