Build Your Own Sundae was good and I greatly appreciate my bag being secured and packaged so it wouldn't be tampered with. That's greatly appreciated on the customer side of things.

Chicken Fajita Quesadilla was burnt on one side and soggy on the other. One small piece of chicken. 2 strips of pepper and 1 of onion. Definitely not what was expected.
Fries were cold and limp.

Loaded waffle fries came with 3 little pieces of bacon and mini sliders were burnt and old like if they been sitting out a while.

Bacon Mac & Cheese Burger isnt as creamy as it used to be, still good though. Also got loaded waffle fries and the portion is kind of small for the up-charge.

My first time getting the double all am cheeseburger. HUUUUGE definitely fulfilling, buuut it was a little undercooked this time. I have NEVER had this problem before and I order from east long allllll the time. I think it was because i had the 2 Pattys .... again its never ever happened when I had a regular single all American cheeseburger!!! I still love this burger and will order again just NOT the double burger, it is too much for me anyway.
