They do well on packaging up ice cream orders. Food is good - not fancy, but reliable and there's a large selection to choose from. A bit expensive for what it is but everything is crazy expensive lately so I suppose that's just ... normal. Grrrr. Twice my ice cream order has been wrong but today's was perfect. Overall a great choice!

We love this restaurant and its food and ice cream, and will definitely order again. That said it seems every other delivery order is massively missing items. For example, missing lemonade, missing sauces, missing a side, wrong ingredients and quantities are lower than typical. When they do get it right it's fabulous but otherwise it's regularly disappointing and frustrating. You'd think for the expensive price of the food, (worth it!), they'd make sure to provide what you order correctly.

Usually friendlys is good but this time I don't know what happpened. The Center Court Turkey Club Sandwich was poor made and the botom pi of br wasnt even cut al the way, it was dry and bland the fries were old and not fresh. Not sure if I ordered the kids version of the Friend-z, Custom Friend-z x but its is d a LOT smaller than I remember!! Not worth the money I spent!

Will never be ordering from friendly again. I ordered pancakes that tasted like old food. I got strawberries and bananas for the pancakes. The strawberries were sour and old. They didn't even precut the banana. They literally just sent me a whole banana still with the peel and it was all brown. Absolutely terrible.
