I ordered the French Dip, it was more mushrooms than meat and they didn't send the dip!! which is kind of the point of ordering that! The Caesar side salad was just plain gross! It was nothing but shredded iceberg lettuce drenched in dressing with a few greasy strips of fried wonton on top!! and for this they charge over $20!!

I've eaten in the store several times before. The food has been going downhill over the last3 years. It was like new management had taken over. This was the first time I ordered it to be delivered. I got a Monte Christo sandwich. It was horrible. A Monte Christo has ham, turkey and I think cheese enclosed in a pastry-like fried pocket. What I got was a few slices of ham between two pieces of toast that had been grilled in oil. It is served with jelly for dipping. There was a small container of jelly that lasted for about half the sandwich. It's a shame because the store is convenient ..but never again

the bacon bacon cheese burger was no better than a fastfood burger, very little bacon and cheese and the patty was tough.. they left out all our condiments. the only reason for the 3 stars is because the salad we ordered was good even without the extra salad dressing we paid for and didn't receive but needed.

Buffalo chicken wrap was extremely dry and the salt and vinegar chips didn't have any seasoning. Not what I expected for the price. Very disappointed.
