although everything was good as per usual I had to wait almost an hour after I ordered and this was a pick up order. they were busy so I get it but for sure won't order around 11 again on a Sunday.

portion size is good. beef is tender and seasoned splendidly. gravy is a little salty. mashed potatoes are mashed. have to select extra beef option for an additional $3.99.

Parts were raw and parts were overcooked on the steak. I ordered the eggs over easy and they were over hard. I paid $30 for this order. I wouldn't have paid $5 if I knew this is how it was.

I rated the store assuming everything would arrive just as it always does; however, this time I was in for a surprise. The toasted bread that usually accompanies the Penne pasta was untoasted, and my coffee was delivered without sugar packets or Coffee-mate French Vanilla—so it didn't have the flavor I enjoy. Furthermore, the hamburgers contained none of the toppings shown in the pictures—just the meat. I'm sorry, but I was not pleased with the service this time around.
