This place has amazing fresh ingredients seasoned to perfection!!! I bought 2 orders (which is 6 tacos) quesabirra tacos and super Asada Burrito my kids had the loaded asada fries (differ name on the menu) and lets just say everyone was quietly smaking looking for more!!! $30-40 dollars spent and it was worth every penny!!! The best in town!!! Went back today for more!!!

Best Ord Quesabirria (3) in town! So much flavor ! I have been to a lot of spots, but this is always the best one out of all of them. Definitely recommend it for anyone.

The best food ever. We ate 2 nights in a row.
Saw some great reviews on the quesabirria. Most lack flavor, not this food truck! The most amazing consomme and quesabirria. As well, my husband is Pescatarian. Hes never had a shrimp burrito that good. Dont sleep on Fuego! They're amazing.

Usually they're fire. This morning I was so disappointed. Noticed right away no flavor. Everything just tasted like oil. No salsa, no extra sauce that I ordered. Took the burrito out of the foil, and oil leaked everywhere! Don't get me wrong after a night of drinking, some greasy breakfast burritos usually do the trick, but this was just plain nasty!

This is my second time ordering from this food truck and each time the food is amazing. Today I ordered a Breakfast Torta and a Breakfast Burritos. The Torta was loaded with bacon that was cooked perfectly, and the eggs & cheese were great too. I absolutely love the sauce that comes on the side too. I highly recommend this restaurant.
