Salmon was overcooked and the teriyaki was congealed. The rice tasted stale. The broccoli was undercooked and there were only 2. The cabbage was not terrible.

This one is tricky! The Customer Service, TOP TIER. Though my Shrimp Tempura (3) which only needs a moment in the fryer was VERY Crunchy( over fried), I still attempted to eat what I cold! The platter was ok, there wasa lot going on with the different textures of Teriyaki Chicken & Shrimp with sticky rice. Not what I expected though definitely not the worse, coming from a Chef!

The beef bento box was extremely mediocre and packaged haphazardly. This was such a waste of money. Would not recommend.

Chicken Katsu Bento Box was not at all as described - didn't come with miso soup or a sushi roll at all and instead had three fried sides which in addition to the katsu was way too much fried stuff.
