Maki platter is a great price and feeds 5 people. Always high quality; the Sashimi is always cut thick. The pink rice is a very cute touch too.

I get the Maki Platter (30 Pcs) pretty regularly. It's good sushi and allows me to take some home for a snack or supper or save some for the next day.
The tuna can be a little tough sometimes, but A) We are in Saskatchewan, and B) That's not always the restaurant's fault.
consistent and delicious food. They have me as a loyal customer until they change the menu/owners.

I always really enjoyed the California rolls.
Also, they really hook it up if you pay the 1.50 extra for Wasabi. I ordered a few extra, used to other spots, giving tiny amounts. Fuzion gives lots when you pay for extra. I love it.

Best sushi in Saskatoon! Fresh fish, delicious dishes, high quality ingredients, and the meal delivered is as amazing as it is dining at the restaurant. Fuzion Sushi is our family's go-to, and the gyoza is a star by itself!

The worst sushi I've had in Saskatoon.
Tempura Shrimp was soggy, over-breaded, and not served with tempura sauce (just diluted soy). The seafood in the Sashimi Boat did not taste fresh—it was overly fishy. The Kumquat Bubble Tea was aggressively sweet.
Never again.
