This is the second time we have ordered these and they have been fantastic both times. Not soggy but nice batter with great tasting seasoning & crisp. The homemade ranch dressing is a perfect compliment. These are good day 2 as well when I heated them up in my air fryer. Delicious!!!

The Philly Cheesesteak was actually decent...or would have been...if it wasn't soggy. I think the food is great for the money spent, but I'd pay a bit more for decent packaging. Food is delivered in thick styrofoam packaging that holds I heat AND steam...which in turn turns fries and bread soggy. Other establishments have figured this out, but this one hasn't.

Finally found a place that knows how to make & cook a Monte Cristo! Not crazy about the "jelly" (no scent or taste, rather rubbery) so I use my own raspberry jam. Even delivered the fries are excellent.

The service was horrible, the hamburger was dry, the philly cheese steak sandwiches were not toasted and were smaller than usual, the meat was gritty, the French fries were soggy. I'll think twice about ordering from here again.

I ordered the chicken wings grilled hot, 15 of them. ONE wing was hot out of 15, what a disappointment!
