Pork ribs were very good one of my favorites and the cornbread stuffing I like a lot

Since the store listed for Gelson's Kitchen in the DoorDash app claimed it did not fill my order, this review is for whichever store fulfilled the order. I ordered five items and only received only one that I actually requested. Instead of the chicken & spinach pizza and the broccoli cheddar soup, the store substituted a relatively dry rotisserie chicken. Instead of the crunchy kale salad, a pasta salad was sent. Instead of the blueberry swirl cheesecake, strawberry swirl was substituted. The only item I received that I ordered was the fruit salad. No one attempted to call me before making these substitutions. Then the Sherman Oaks store claimed that I had been called. When I said that no such call was listed on my cell, they then claimed they had not filled the order. There's something very wrong with this. Whichever store actually fulfilled this order needs to do better. Random substitutions on four of five items is unacceptable. This is not indicative of Gelsons, previously my favorite grocery store and deli.
