Great tasting good. The Beef Steak Special had all the ingredients for a Banh Mi, just had to be constructed. Included the pate and the meat & veggies. Alas,no cilantro or hot peppers. The Crispy Pork Belly banh MI was spot on. The Beef Pho stock was underwhelming. I will try the chicken pho next time.
