• 20/10/25This used to be our favorite Giovanni location, but for the last few months every time we order from here there is an issue with the order. Grilled Chicken Club Sub was ordered well done and arrived undercooked and cold,Pizza Bread came with very few pepperoni and no cheese, Meatball Sub ordered well done was not.... Called the store to discuss the issue and was completely dismissed bythe person on the phone. We are incredibly disappointed AGAIN!!!

• 26/1/26this is the worst cazone I've ever received -- there's hardly any toppings in it& the crust is flat--sad paid over $30for thisit's horrible-- next time ill order directly from the app so I dont get this Giovanni's

• 24/11/25Our last few orders from here, including today, have been wrong. It's as if they don't even look at the order to see how the customer wants the food. Both sandwiches were wrong.
