I love this spot. They have the best boba I've ever tried in my life and the prices are amazing. The size of these drinks are wonderful as well. I'd order from them daily if I had the money for it!

Third time I order from here and it does not disappoint! Great pricing and great tasting desserts. Service is fast and efficient. Donuts always fresh and delicious.

the boba today wasn't good like usual, I actually still had a solid boba ball in my drink. Also, my drinks were completely liquid when I received them. I wouldn't personally recommend the 8. Strawberry Banana if you are looking for a more natural flavor, I'm not sure if others can relate but to me it tasted like a strawberry banana bubble gum. Although, the 2. Ham, Egg & Cheese Bagel was amazing, my boyfriend added bacon and avocado to his while I took out the cheese, no complaints there.

18. Chicken Sandwich is so good ! My weekend breakfast sandwich ! The 17. Caramel Latte is good but I love the thai ice tea !! & the choc twist !! Yum
