I ordered the steak baked potato and salad and cheesecake. The steak was perfect baked potato was fresh and hot the salad was delicious. I did not get the cheesecake it was substituted with chocolate cake and it was also delicious I’m not upset about the substitution because I ordered rather late in the evening I’m guessing the cheesecake sold out fast. I must also add the food out ranked outback steakhouse by miles! And let’s not forget Golden corral was much less expensive for better quality food. I will be ordering Golden corral again! My outback days are over for steak or anything else for that matter. Well satisfied customer

Fried chicken was very good. Chocolate cake was too small in size to be considered a serving for even a child. Cake was dry and crumbly. Dessert cost $1.50 but wasn't worth it. Disappointed in dessert.

I got sick and needed something soft to eat so I was looking for some pot roast that I wouldn't have to prepare. Lo and behold Golden Corral came in clutch. Their Pot Roast is actually very filling and very moist / fall off the bones. You will encounter some pieces of fat but it's mostly melt in your mouth fat or fat you can rip off the side. The portion was great for the $11 I paid for the plate. The green beans were fully good and well seasoned. The mash potatoes were the star of the plate. Their gravy was by far the best(I would suggest ordering a large side of it if you like gravy because the pot roasts gravy is more oil based) thing on the plate!. I ordered something light Red Bliss Potatoes on the side since I wanted extra potatoes and they were actually delicious! They sent me an extra yeast roll and some garlic bread plus utensils and wrapped everything well so nothing would spill! I'll definitely be eating here agin.

The ham was plentiful and good. My potatoe salad was literally just some pieces of boiled potatoes mixed with way too much mayo. No seasoning, relish, onion celery. Green beans were good but barely a spoonful. I'll stick to actually eating there and not ordering out

I ordered 6 piece fun box mixed but l received all dark meat!! And the chicken was cold & hard like it was sitting all day! The yeast rolls were old hard & cold as well sitting all day! Then the Carrot Cake (slice) was so small it wasn't worth price l paid for it!! lt looked nothing like the pictures!! Overall this was a bad experience from golden corral...Will not order take out from them again!!
