Probably the best meal I've had in a LONG time. The roast, mashed potatoes, and rolls were ON POINT. And at only $10 a meal... you can't beat it.

I ordered a breast and 3 wings. I got a breast and 3 thighs. I can not eat thighs, the flavor is revolting to me. Everything I ordered was overdone, and/or watery and way, way too salty. I could not eat anything. Additionally I ordered a cheesecake slice and apple pie slice. While the apple pie wasn't horrible, the cheesecake had no flavor and was granular, rather than smooth.
I actually have ordered a couple of times when things were edible; had flavor and not overly salted and everything delivered as ordered. There seems to be a problem with consistency in the food quality.

First time I had ever ordered from Golden Corral. The photograph it shows of the meatloaf dinner shows that you get two slices of meatloaf. as you can see by the picture my meatloaf looks like a brownie. I was quite disappointed considering a child's portion would have probably garnered more meatloaf than this. everything else was good but the size of the meatloaf could definitely use a change.

This place is hit or miss. The other day, we got the family chicken dinner. It was really good. The fried chicken was hot and crisp and the sides were good. Today, the fish and fries were lukewarm and soggy. Pretty bad. The pie crust was soft and crumbly. The Coleslaw and potato salad were mediocre at best. We ordered at opening time and thought that would mean hot, just prepared food. It was more like heat lamp food leftover from yesterday.

Everything was fresh and packaged correctly. I wish they would've given me some honey butter but they may have been out, luckily adding honey to the regular butter is just as good.
