I’ve had many good experiences with this store, but lately their taro tea tastes very watery and barely has any flavor. It sucks because it's my favorite drink. Because of that, I’ve stopped ordering from this store and started buying from Blue Zone Boba and Brew. Their taro tastes much better and has a much stronger flavor. Besides that, their other teas taste very good, such as the Dirty Brown Sugar Milk Tea, and their waffles are delicious as well.

Love love this place I go often, but when I doordash the quality is just as great as going in! Their packaging for the dashers is great! Even though it states "no special request" on the app you can call them and they are always helpful to adjust what you are needing! Great people and great quality ALWAYS!

the teas tasted like pure syrup and if that was 50% sugar, that was really sweet still. i used to get my teas at top tea and alsays ordered them with 50% sugar, never tasted that sweet. I wish top tea was not closing. I was hoping this would be my New tea place but I don't think so. the only tea that was decent from my order was the Honey Green Tea. the rest were gross. I could not drink them.

ive been to other boba places but gong cha is THE PLACE TO GO FOR SURE, they ALWAYS get my order right i am OBSESSED!!

Had issues with my DoorDash and the store went above and beyond to make things right. They truly serve their customers and give amazing customer service. They even sent a little gift with a note and it was the sweetest thing to make up for DoorDash messing up. I will be referring all my coworkers to them and continue to brag about how amazing they are. Not to mention their drinks are AMAZING.
