I don't know how much of this is gong cha's fault vs. door dash's fault, but I did not receive an item in my order and another item in my order was missing the add-ons that I paid for. Door dash refused to refund me or even supply door dash credit, so I have just spent $15+ dollars on items that I either didn't receive or were missing what I paid for.

Gongcha is the place I go to for Milk Tea it's really good at that I tried a slush today and it's notbing like the pictures but it's still decent for the price this is a great place

i think gongcha is awesome.i order from them a lot. Onetime a dasher took my food and stole it. They made it again contacted doordash and sent to me again. it was really nice ofthem to dothat.

The boba tastes old not fresh, the aloe wasn't good and the drink wasn't yummy.
