I'd be lying if I said I didn't drink a Creme Brûlée Brown Sugar Milk Tea from Gong Cha almost everyday. The chewiness of the boba, the sweetness of the milk tea and the pudding all in one sip is just......no words, just tears of utter joy for its existence . :')

They repeatedly mess up my order, wrong drinks came, milk foam bursted over all of them. One of them is bitter when it was supposed to be 100% sweet. As well as the fact the boba was still hard on the inside. Please do not order. Ive had it before when it was good, but they have messed up every order of mine in the last two months. Do not recommend.

None of it had any flavor. We ordered the crème brûlée milk tea and the Pearl milk tea. No flavor. If your looking to scratch that sweet tooth itch, go anywhere else. Waste of $20

Gong Cha's Pearl Milk Tea is our go to refreshing drink on a hot day! We can always depend on gong cha to be consistent with their flavor as well as fair with the amount of Boba they add. Our favorite feature is the opportunity to select the level of sweetness you can have in your drink. Our go to BBT place!

I ordered boba and my total showed $8 then after ten minutes I got an email saying the total was changed to $20. I just got my order and it's a medium instead of a large and was still $20.
