Salads are very fresh and burgers are delicious. Need to update the door dash capability to add modifiers such as "gluten free" to online orders. I had to call the restaurant.

$7 for what is essentially a "small fry" is outrageous. The wedge salad had tomatoes that were in terrible condition. Burger ordered mid-rare was cooked through and dry.

The Idiot Burger w/Fries are good but it's pretty salty. I think this is a good place to order from if you don't feel like cooking and there's a good discount. They've got some interesting burgers and whenever I'm craving a burger and don't want to make it myself, this is my go to.

I was a bit shocked that Gordon Ramsay only had low 4's but now I know why. There are a few things they could have done that was entirely within their control but failed to do so. The truffle Parmesan fries were extremely salty, as if they used the existing side order of fries that comes with the burger and just added the truffle Parmesan. As you know, Parmesan is already a salty cheese, so the proper preparation would have been a fresh batch of fries to be seasoned just with the truffle Parmesan rather than adding the Parmesan to the stock salted fries. As for the soggy cold onion rings, they basically jammed the burgers and the crispy sides into a plastic container which caused all the steam inside the hot meal to sog up the onion rings. Japanese restaurants have solved this with tempura shrimp by having a separate container that has holes in it to vent the steam, allowing the crispy shrimp to stay crispy. I expect more from Gordon Ramsay, and so the low rating is justified. The burgers were good, but not worth the upcharge for the sides, and if there is an option to order burger only, that is what I would recommend. I may reorder in the future just to see if these issues are fixed.
