As someone who proudly participates in Colorado’s recreational festivities, I take my BBQ runs very seriously. That’s exactly how I found myself ordering what can only be described as a champion-level spread from GQue BBQ: ribs, wings, mac and cheese, cole slaw, and onion rings.
Let me start by saying the ribs and mac & cheese were so good that I demolished them immediately. The onion rings were crispy, golden, and absolutely doing their job — I made it halfway through before realizing I might have made a strategic overcommitment.
Then… the inevitable happened. Somewhere between “this is amazing” and “maybe just one more onion ring,” I fell asleep.
Now here’s where GQue really shines.
When I woke up later, slightly confused but still very happy to be a Colorado resident, I remembered: I still had wings, cole slaw, and onion rings waiting for me. It was like my past self had packed a surprise care package for my future self.
Round two was just as good as round one. The wings were fantastic, the slaw was fresh and balanced, and the onion rings still held their own.
So not only does GQue BBQ make food good enough to knock you out mid-meal… it also makes leftovers you’ll wake up excited about.
10/10 would accidentally nap again.

better than Dickeys. but not by far. the Smoked Chicken Wings were ok.the Lean Beef Brisket 1/2lb was way over cooked. 3/4 inch slices still falling apart. as dry as cardboard. you can copen out and say its lean. well lean is an uunderstatement. even smotheredn bbq sauce it was dry. yall might wanna watch a couple YouTube channels or something.

Everything was perfect! I love the ribs, so flavorful with the rub and bark. The Lean Beef Brisket 1/4lb was the bomb! All of the sides were so fresh and the buns were soft and warm. Will definitely order again!

Family Feast You only get 4 slices of dry brisket. That was disappointing, until I tasted it. The ribs were good and appeared to be a full rack. We added the larger side of Pulled Pork 1/2lb it was good. but for over $14 not much to go around. The kids liked the Mac n Cheese. Green beans were good. We didn't care for the BBQ beans. fries Cheese Fries were good.
Overall the food was decent. But high priced.

The brisket was amazing and tender. The portion sizes for the sides were a little small for what you're paying.
