The food is fantastic! Go for the Szechuan options rather than the American-Chinese dishes and you won't be disappointed. Pork Soup Dumplings are the BEST I have ever had. That's a must on every order. Very spicy, as it should be. Get some tongue numbing Szechuan pepper or order only their vegetable dishes and be blown away.

Pork Fried Rice was pure SALTY SOY SAUCE and OIL---way more than usual American Chinese food. Had to rinse it in a fine-mesh stainer then flash fry, because I don't throw out food.

17. Shredded Chicken with Green Peppers & Onions is one of my favs. Great flavor with a nice kick. It comes with a light sauce, and the sweetness of the onions balances the spicy green peppers.
