No vinegar when it was requested. So much salt that even after wiping it off the potato cakes they were still totally inedible. The flake was the tiniest piece that wouldn't have fed a child and was so oily it was not even possible to enjoy it. Really disappointed in the whole experience because I used to enjoy their food. If I could have given zero stars I would have

I'm a regular customer and usually have no issues. On this occasion, however, I had several issues and was left quite disappointed.
1) Parcel was poorly packed, so a bunch of chips fell out of the parcel before even unwrapping.
2. All items were overcooked and not very tasty.
3. Ordered a grilled flake, but instead received a battered flake.
Hopefully my next order is much better.

Very greasy and the crumbed Barramundi was over cooked.
