• 2/8/24We ordered 6 Burgers (they look great), we spent over $120 and we received one napkin?!?

• 24/3/26Usually were happy with Grill'd but this time, unfortunately their chips were overcooked almost to a crisp. What was ordered was for kids as well! Making the chips too brown, too overcooked & too crispy rather than soft. And putting cold drinks in a warm food bag is never a good idea either.

• 8/12/21Chips were burnt (over-cooked); Bread bun the same... too crispy. Lettuce was soggy & not fresh! Even the sauce was clunky & minimal.

• 2/3/24Wagyu wunder burger came burnt! Picture is shared and the bun was like a rock. We had to throw it away.

• 9/5/24Wagyu Wunder and Baa Baa patties were both burnt. The only taste was char. I've had better experiences with outlet.
