The Bird & Brie burger had a good mix of flavours. Garden Goodness is a great vegetarian option with lots of taste. All burgers were fresh and yummy. My son really enjoyed the HFC Bonfire BBQ bites as he's not a burger fan - there's good variety on the menu including plenty of vegetarian and vegan options.

Chicken patty had large chunks of charcoal stuck to it so every so often I would get a crunchy part and my entire mouthful tasted like burnt, charcoal. I ended up removing the chicken from the burger but it had already ruined the flavour in my mouth. My gluten free bun also arrived with part of the bun just missing on one side. Otherwise food was pretty good.

3 out of 4 Summer Sunset burgers had burnt patties. 1 of them so inedible because of the bitter taste, my mother only ate the toppings and the bun. If I wasn't perso ally so hungry, I wouldn't have tolerated the taste. We order from Grill'd or eat in a few times a month. This is the first time we had a poor experience.

food was great, as normal. but I was really impressed by the customer service. a couple of items were missed, no biggie, we got credit and reordered.but the store threw in a couple of extras and a sorry note! was really nice of them to do so. would recommend!!

Disappointing. Croutons completely missing from both salads.. edges of lettuce browning.. chicken tough and chewy.
