chips had ridiculous amount of salt, had to scrape each chip. My wild wild west bun tasted like detergent. The cold drinks were packed next to the hot food so turned into warm drinks! Dissapointing for the price.

Disgusting. Who wants a big chunks of bacon like this? Lettuce not properly washed- gritty. When you pay $20 for a salad you expect a bit more care when making it... could get a better salad at maccas for half the price.

After a terrible experience with another store we gave up buying burgers. We have recently started buying burgers again from Cockburn and their burgers are fantastic my husband and I absolutely love them. Thank you. Looking forward to another burger night soon.

Twice I have ordered a custom Build Your Own HFC Burger and twice it has show up with overcooked, dry chicken and the stingiest amount of sauce I have ever seen on a burger. The chicken is already dead, why overcooked it!? And when I'm paying $1.50 for sauce is it so unreasonable to expect to actually be able to taste it? Girl bye.
