• 11/9/22I love this Guthries. They always give me extra sauce and extra toast. And they write cute notes on their boxes. My fave

• 1/2/24As in times past, I was really looking forward to my Guthrie's chicken strips box meal. Generally, I would have rated four-stars because it's always fresh, tender, and still hot! 😋 Unfortunately, today, I think I got the box that had been sitting out for a while. Chicken and fries were barely warm and were dry; the chicken seemed overcooked, and the slaw had a weird stale taste and seemed a bit dry and anemic looking. Also, I do not believe this was the fault of the driver because they were here in almost record time - which was another clue that my meal had likely been sitting out for a bit at the restaurant . This is my first "bad" experience with Guthries....I'm hoping it was just a fluke and an 'off' day for someone.....
...P.S.... what's with not including ketchup?! Previously, that would have been my only complaint. Sorry Guthrie's, I always gladly pay the $$$ for the meal, however - in this case- and with the cost of the meal, the markup premium to use doordash and the tip, this was not acceptable.
Fingers 🤞it was just a bad day....

• 5/7/22Undercooked fries, tenders half the size of what's advertised. Don't recommend, a lot of better chicken places with similar prices.

• 10/12/23The chicken was not as fresh as normal. One of the pieces was mostly breading with very little chicken & was hard.

• 26/12/23Nothing good to say. Tenders are very small for the price, food was all cold when delivered, even the lemonade was gross. Sauce isn't good, tastes like ketchup and mayo mixed together. Disappointing.
